Basic Kumite

All attacks are in the following order and repeated from both sides:

Zenkutsu-dachi chudan-tsuki (repeat each side)
Zenkutsu-dachi jodan-tsuki (repeat each side)
Zenkutsu-dachi mai-geri (repeat each side)

Defence is as follows for each belt level:

1Zenkutsu-dachi yoko-uke, chudan gyaku-tsuki
(step back right foot then left foot)
2Zenkutsu-dachi jodan-uke, chudan gyaku-tsuki
(step back right foot then left foot)
3Zenkutsu-dachi harai-uke, chudan gyaku-tsuki
(step back right foot then left foot)
Yellow Belt
4Shiko-dachi sukui-uki, chudan gyaku-tsuki
(step back right foot then left foot)
5Shiko-dachi, yoko-uchi uke, zenkutsu-dachi, chudan gyaku-tsuki
(step back right foot then left foot)
6Shiko-dachi ude uke, zenkutsu-dachi, chudan gyaku-tsuki
(step back right foot then left foot)
Orange Belt
7Neko-ashi-dachi shuto-uke, chudan mae-geri
(step back left foot, (then right foot) shuto-uke outside of attack)
8Zenkutsu-dachi nagashi-uke zenkutsu-dachi chudan empi
(step back right foot then left foot)
9Shiko dachi shuto barai, zenkutsu dachi chudan gyaku-tsuki
(step back right foot 45 degrees, then left foot)
